The apartment was very spacious and had great amenities such as the full kitchen and washing machine / dryer. The staff were friendly and nice. The location is good, with easy access to two subways and walking distance to a great Whole Foods Market store.

The walls between the rooms are not soundproof, so it gets super noisy, especially in the bedroom. guests could come to your room without any check from the front desk, which raised security concerns.

Great location! We were just a short walk away from all the landmarks and attractions we wanted to visit. The convenience was a major plus. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us with our needs.

The room we were assigned had no natural light at all. It was quite disappointing as we were expecting a room with a view.

The location was excellent, just minutes away from Times Square. The staff was polite, helpful, and friendly. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The self-catering facilities, including a full-size fridge and laundry facilities, were convenient. The rooftop lounge was a great place to relax.
